ARC-USA has the capability to build membrane switches with world-class graphic overlays. Each switch assembly is custom designed and tooled, and can include embossing, metal domes for improved tactile feel, and connector options. A multiple color graphics layer enhances the appearance of the switch and is sub-surface printed to provide increased abrasion and oil resistance. The flexible nature of the product is not affected by the addition of an optional dielectric layer.

Various electrical and mechanical design software packages are used to create class A drawings in less than 2 weeks. Working parts are then assembled, tested and delivered in as little as 3 weeks after drawing approval.
