ARC-USA offers many different types of elastomeric connectors, all of which are made to customer specifications. Connectors are thin strips of layered conductive and non-conductive materials surrounded by insulating material for connection to PCB’s and LCD’s.

Since 1998 ARC-USA elastomeric connector line has the extra fine pitch series meeting a 0.05mm pitch requirement. Prior to this new capability the 0.05mm pitch connectors were produced by a limited number of Japanese suppliers at a high cost and with a long lead time. The ARC extra fine pitch connectors are priced to meet the competitive market of elastomeric connectors and our lead time is normally 10 days.
